We inspect the item the day it reaches us, and release payment as soon as it passes. Zelle, PayPal and Cash App land in minutes; a bank transfer arrives the next business day.
Do you take any fees out of my payout?
None. The amount we offer is the amount you receive - no listing fee, no commission, and no shipping cost taken out.
Can I change my payment method after submitting?
Yes, until the payment is released. Update it under Profile and Payouts and we will use the new method.
Is my bank information safe?
Your payout details are encrypted at rest, used only to send your money, and never shared. We can pay you; we can never charge you.
What if my payment does not arrive?
Check the method you chose first, since a bank transfer can take until the next business day. If it still has not landed, reply to any email from us with your submission number and we will trace it.
Do you pay in cash at drop-off locations?
No. Partner counters accept the item but never hand over cash - payment is always released after inspection, by the method you chose.
