Shipping & Drop-off

Two free ways to send us your stuff

Ship it with a prepaid label, or hand it over at a partner counter. Both are free, both are insured, and both end the same way: you get paid.

Ship it from home

Best if you are not near a partner location, or you are sending several items at once. We email the label, you box it up, the carrier does the rest.

  • Prepaid label emailed instantly
  • Free doorstep pickup available
  • Insured up to your offer amount
  • Tracking texted to your phone

Drop it off

Best for a single phone or small device. Staff at the counter can pack it for you, so there is no box hunting and no printer involved.

  • 1,200+ partner locations nationwide
  • Packing done for you at the counter
  • Receipt handed over on the spot
  • Usually reaches us a day sooner

Shipping, step by step

From accepted offer to money in your account, usually inside a week.

  1. 1. Print your label

We email a prepaid label as soon as you accept an offer. No printer? Most carriers can scan a QR code from your phone.

  2. 2. Pack it properly

Wrap the item, pad every side, and tape the seams. Packing guidance is below and it matters more than people expect.

  3. 3. Hand it over

Drop it with the carrier or book a free pickup from your door. Keep the receipt until you are paid.

  4. 4. Get paid

We let you know when it arrives, inspect it the same day, and release payment as soon as it passes.

How to pack it

The rule: the item should not move inside the box, and the box should not flex.

Please do

  • Wrap the device in bubble wrap or a folded towel, two layers minimum
  • Leave about 5cm of padding on every side, including underneath
  • Bag cables and accessories separately so they cannot press on a screen
  • Tape every seam of the box, and remove or cover old shipping labels
  • Include everything you listed: charger, box, and any accessories

Please don't

  • Do not ship a bare device in a padded envelope
  • Do not use a box that flexes when you squeeze it
  • Do not pack loose screws, batteries, or liquids alongside the item
  • Do not skip the padding on the base, most damage happens there

Covered from the moment it leaves you. Items sent on our label are insured in transit up to your accepted offer, and risk transfers to us as soon as we confirm receipt. Keep your drop-off receipt until payment lands.

What happens after it arrives

Three steps, usually all on the same day.

  1. 1 Checked in We let you know the moment your item is scanned in at our facility.
  2. 2 Inspected A specialist checks it against your description, normally within hours of arrival.
  3. 3 Paid If it matches, payment is released the same day by your chosen method.

Shipping questions

  • Who pays for shipping?

We do, both ways. We email a prepaid label as soon as you accept an offer, and dropping off at a partner counter is free too. Nothing is deducted from your payout.

  • Is my item insured in transit?

Yes. Items sent on our label are insured in transit up to your accepted offer, and risk transfers to us as soon as we confirm receipt.

  • How long do I have to send it?

Please send it within 7 days of accepting. That is how long the offer holds - prices move, so after that we may need to look at it again.

  • What if the item is damaged in transit?

You are covered. It is insured up to your accepted offer from the moment it leaves you, and once we confirm receipt the risk is ours. Keep your drop-off receipt until payment lands.

  • Can I send several items in one box?

Yes, and it is usually the easiest way. One submission can be one item or thirty, you give one total for everything you listed, and shipping from home is the better choice when you are sending several at once.
